Moran furniture 10 Year conditional Guarantee for Sofas, Chairs, Recliners and Sofa Beds
Moran guarantee for 10 years to rectify any guaranteed defects occuring in Moran Furniture, except for:
- In respect of the Sofa Bed mechanism and matress which is warranted for only 1 year
- In respect of the recliner furniture range, the recliner mechanism, which is warranted for only 3 years
The guarantee period commences on the date of receipt of the furniture by purchasers for domestic use.
In order to benefit under this guarantee, consumers may need to contribute or pay certain costs as set out in the Moran Guarantee.
Gauranteed Defect means any defect caused by sub-standard workmanship occuring in the Moran furniture.
